Who runs this site
Northcrest Media Ltd publishes this site, from our home page to the smallest help article. The company is registered on Athol Street in Douglas, on the Isle of Man. So whenever you see “we” or “us” below, that’s the team behind it. “You” simply means whoever is reading.
Using the site means you accept these terms. Don’t agree with them? Then it’s best not to use the site.
What we do, and what we don’t
Our work is writing about one thing, a tower-stacking game made by Galaxsys, plus the casinos where you can find it. We don’t host the game ourselves. We can’t take your bet, we never see your money and we don’t keep player accounts.
Please don’t treat anything here as legal, financial or betting advice. A general explanation can only go so far, and your circumstances might be different from the typical case we describe. For questions about your own situation, a qualified professional is the right person to ask.
If you sign up at a casino or deposit there, that arrangement is yours and the casino’s. We don’t sit in the middle of it.
How old you need to be
The age limit depends on where you live. Across most of Canada it’s 19. Live in Alberta, Manitoba or Quebec, and it’s 18.
Gambling rules also vary between provinces and territories, and they get updated from time to time. Before you play anywhere for real money, it’s on you to check what applies where you are.
Fair use of the site
Read as much as you like. Share our pages, link to them, quote a few lines in a forum post. That’s all fine. What we ask you not to do is pretty short.
- Copy large parts of the site and publish them somewhere else as your own work.
- Run bots or scrapers over our pages unless we’ve agreed to it in writing.
- Poke at the site’s security, flood it with traffic or try to break it.
- Use anything here for something illegal.
People who ignore this can lose access to the site.
When you click through to a casino
Some links on the site take you to casinos, and a number of them are affiliate links. Sign up through one and we may get a commission. You don’t pay a cent more because of it.
After the click, you’re on the casino’s website, not ours. Its own terms and privacy rules apply, and how it treats players is its responsibility. A link from us doesn’t mean a casino will always get things right, so it’s worth reading its terms before you put money in.
About the information on our pages
We double-check what we publish. Even so, casinos change things often. A bonus can get new wagering rules overnight, a withdrawal limit can drop, a payment method can disappear. Game settings shift as well. The return to player for this title is a good example, because each casino picks its own setting within the provider’s range.
So use our pages to know what to look for, then confirm the details yourself. The game’s info panel and the casino’s terms are the final word. Any scores or opinions you see here are exactly that, our view, not a promise about how a casino will behave.
And one thing that never changes. Every round is random, so nobody can promise you a win, us included.
Limits on our liability
We can’t take responsibility for losses linked to using this site or to decisions you make based on it. Money lost while playing, a casino holding back a payout, the site going down for an afternoon, none of that is something we can be liable for, to the extent the law permits.
Some rights can’t be signed away, though. If you’re a consumer in Canada, the protections your province gives you stay in place no matter what these terms say.
Who owns the content
Our articles, page design and graphics belong to us, or to people who’ve let us use their work. Names and logos of games and casinos belong to the companies that own them, and we only mention them so you know what we’re talking about.
Your personal information
When we handle personal information, we follow PIPEDA, the federal privacy law in Canada. The details are in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.
If these terms change
From time to time we’ll need to update this page, usually because the site has changed or a law has. Whatever version you see here is the one that applies, starting from the day it was posted.
If there’s a disagreement
The laws of the Isle of Man govern these terms. Your mandatory rights as a consumer in your province or territory still apply on top of that. In practice, the easiest route is to write to us first, because most problems get fixed in an email or two.
A dispute about a casino account, a deposit or a withdrawal is a matter for that casino. Its own complaints process is where to start.
